Enforcement Ban Xbox Party Chat Unban.

I got banned from Xbox party chat because of a strike because someone reported my message saying it was a racial slur but it wasn't. I didn't even cuss in the word. He thought I did but I didn't. Then it said I'm banned from Xbox party chat, texting people starting group posts and inviting people to games such as multiplayer games and inviting people to parties or playing with anybody else. If you see this please unban me from party chat Xbox please I really want to talk to my friends and everybody I play with. But please help me out here. I don't know what to do.

The enforcement team do not use he forums. You would need to go to the enforcement site to check to see if you can submit a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

Once your banned, it's almost impossible to be unbanned although if your banned on a third party it might be possible for unban depending on the support and service.

I was supposed to be unbanned on the 21st of October from communications and I'm still not unbanned I know it's not my mic because I can still use Skype just party chat and game chat don't work my gamer tag is but was banned as XxToxic Haze187 it's
just my profile I have others and party chat works just fine I've called Microsoft for the past 3 weeks and they keep telling me to post on forums and I'm irritated That im "unbanned" but still can't be in party/game chat you need to fix this and I would like
some customer compensation. The games I play I need to be able to communicate with other people I'm a competitive gamer and this needs to be fixed

once an xbox is banned thats it, they will never unban it, this is the pitfalls of buying a used console. support will not and cannot assist with this and the enforcement team are unreachable unless you have been banned and they still won't unban a console.

Do you mean your party chat session with someone disconnected or that you can't connect to party chat at all?

If you can't connect to party chat at all please first make sure you have gold membership here:

Gold is required for party chat.
