    so, I message someone saying they are a scrub and get banned for 2 weeks. not really offensive if youre over 10! yet people swear at me in messages, I report them and get no email telling me theyve been banned from comms? what gives?

    It's banned for life. There's no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans to find out exactly why it was banned.

    When your account gets a ban for communications, they will review you recent past behavior, if they find this to be consistent with why you were communication banned, they may add further enforcement to your account.

    This is why you may receive further enforcement's whilst you are communication banned.
