Enforcement ban query???

    Is anyone else having problems accessing the enforcement page?

    Sorry I was told to try an Xbox forum but I don't know how to use this or if I am posting in the right forum.

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    It can take up to 48 hours for the PET to reply back to you. Please be patient and keep an eye on the page.

    As for not being able to get in the page may be down at the moment. Give it a little bit of time and try again.

    Permanent Ban? Why?

    Make sure you're on the affected account when you log into the enforcement page to query them about the ban.

    We cannot assist with enforcement queries on the forums, these need to be directed towards the enforcement team. Unfortunately if your ban was 24 hours or less you won't have the option to appeal it.
