Enforcement ban permanent

I’ve been banned for theft accordingly to Microsoft.

I’ve never stole or use illigeal codes to redeem etc.

I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong and yet I’ve been permanently banned! £3k of games gone. Gold sub gone 98000gamer score gone.

Please can someonehelp

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

 

Remove ban on my console

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans/suspensions. The only way to reach the enforcement team is by filing a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case reviews.

If the console ban is permanent then your only option to continue playing online is to get a new console. Permanent console bans are just that. Permanent.

I think that it's a child of 12 years old who scripted it... Can anyone take contact with enforcement team to warn them that we cannot go to their Need Infos request because we go back instantly to the main page when we try to follow their link again and
again?

 

The only way to get a ban lifted is to submit a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com/casereview/.

My account was eventually OVERTURNED. I’m pretty sure this means ban lifted right? Well I’m still banned permanently. Case review closed and now I have absolutely no way of contacting them, ive spoken to my solictors and action fraud and the confirm that
I have case. I feel what Microsoft have done is fraud! Banning my account permanently for one mistake! Microsoft support team are no use aswell.

If I may ask what is the one very serious mistake you did that MS perma banned your account instantly?

 

account was overturned yet I’m still banned even though my account profile says clean and case completed and overturned, in answer your question, I unknowingly innconently brought one code from g2a.com

I admitted that in my case review and made a sincer apology for my mistake. Provided the evidence etc. Case was thenlooked into and overturned. In normal world terms this means the ban has been lifted. And yet I’m not able to access my account still! Enforcement
team are useless and there is now no way to contact them!

My solictors gave told me I have a very strong case and they feel that Microsoft have committed fraud in this case.
