Discus and support Enforcement Ban Opinion in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm now really annoyed at XBOX LIVE since this enforcement action came into force across the network, the reason I think of this is beacuase it attacks...     I'm now really annoyed at XBOX LIVE since this enforcement action came into force across the network, the reason I think of this is beacuase it attacks the good players like myself. I have been banned so many times it's ridiculous and this is beacause I
    sent have other gamers angry messages when trolling and angering me online.I feel like XBOX LIVE should understand more this and I also feel like the bad gamers get away with it where as the good gamers don't if you know what I mean. What I don't get is why
    is XBOX LIVE being this clingy all of a sudden? It never used to be this bad untill now! I understand that they try to make XBOX LIVE a safe community but it's the way they deal with things which I don't agree with!

    Another thing is that I was once banned again for the angry messages, they sent me an e-mail to confirm it and a notice explaining it when I sign in to my Microsoft account as usual. 2 days later after that I got another ban but this time they didn't bother
    letting me know about the 2nd ban which is sneaky of XBOX LIVE and this is for something I didn't even do this time, so it sounds to me that someone done this out of spite and it also sounds to me is that XBOX LIVE is taking people's word for it even if it's real
    or not. I don't like this attitude of theirs about faulsly accusing gamers without solid evidence. Really I can just report gamers for something they didn't do but the ban would come in anyway just for the sake of it!

    After this I'm tired and fed up with XBOX LIVE, I'm digsusted by their service for the fact that I pay £40 a year which I don't is worth it, not after this! It doesn't justify the money I pay for XBOX LIVE! What's the point of paying for something and you
    don't get the money worth out of it? By me being banned for doing nothing my money is being wasted which makes me angry and just to add is that I'm no longer paying any subscription to XBOX LIVE or Microsoft anymore, I rather spend that £40 on something way
    better!

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    Don't break the rules & you wont get suspended.

    Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC you risk being suspended.

    Just report & block anyone sending abusive messages,don't respond.

    Nothings changed on xbox live,it's been like this for years.

    You will never get a ban or suspension just because someone reported you,in fact,anyone who abuses the reporting feature risks being suspended themselves.

    Not sure why you are paying £40 per year for live,you can pick it up much cheaper if you shop around

    As was mentioned earlier, no one can help with enforcements as it's the sole domain of the enforcement team. Without specifics we wouldn't even be able to give an opinion.

    You only say that you would be given a 'better fitting' ban and that you MAY only receive a 2 week ban. However, unless the enforcement team specifically said that your ban length would be reduced or the terms of the ban adjusted then my suspicion is that you're still perma banned.

    Your entitled to your opinion, but you must have done something wrong or that violates the Code of Conduct. Xbox enforcement just hands out bans for nothing.

    Banned...2 days later full multiplayer ban!

    If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. Investigations can take time, so the ban could be for something that took place weeks or months ago.
    Thanks for the reply pal, it's just annoying as ****. In my opinion there's no reason I should of been banned, but there's no way to speak with this 'enforcement team'
