    Enforcement ban not been lifted

    i got a 24h communication ban that should have ended at 3:32 pm on the 10th april 2016 (today) and im writing this at 3:49 and it hasnt been lifted

    Hi yesterday at 9:45 I had a enforcement message from Xbox saying that my communications had been blocked so I looked into it but it stated that it will all be back on by 14/06/2016 at 9:45pm can you tell me why are they still blocked?

    Still no answer. Called customer support they say they have no contact with enforcement team at all. Forums are utterly unhelpful. No one knows a thing.
