Enforcement ban for no apparent reason

Thanks for the updates. It also could be friends or others reporting them. There are many reasons why someone is banned. The most common is basically trash talk that could be considered offensive. If they are only 24 hour bans the only thing you can do is
wait it out. As this post has been answered and there is nothing more we can do I will be locking this thread.

That’s fine, thanks for you help anyway, and now my other child has been banned too, I think xbox has the issue and not the kids!

A case review is only granted if the ban is longer than 24 hours which it is not, but curious to know what the ban is for.

Your only point of contact is via the website HTTPS://enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible.

Nobody on the forum or in support can assist.

Unfortunately the only ones that could answer that are the Enforcement team. Nobody here or in support has access to their system.

It may show once the suspension is over. It will be in the greyed out reason for suspension with a drop arrow at the right of the grey box
