    Hi,

    Last week, for some strange reason I did not know, I was banned from xbox live. I

    contacted the enforcement service who, after some analysis, realized

    the mistake and that I had done nothing and removed the ban. before

    the ban I was also an active member of the xbox insider community but,

    after this unlucky event, I can not start the app, receiving a message

    saying "you are not able to join the xbox insider program because of your past behaviour".

    can you resolve this problem?

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    Hey Harvey!

    I see you mention that you knew about a ban of some sort. Was it a console ban or an account ban? If you check your account at the
    Xbox Live Enforcement site, do you see any Enforcement actions listed there?

    Additionally, are you having issues messaging people using your console, the Xbox app, or Xbox.com?

    The more information you can give us, the better. :)

    Salut!

    If your son received a ban for 24 hours from
    Xbox Live Enforcement    , you can find information on their website. The ban will expire 24 hours after being implemented. Additionally, the email that is associated with the Xbox Live account should have received a message from the Enforcement team with further
    information.
