Enforcement ban and why it was issused

Hi,

my name is Bobby i have been banned from connecting to partys and multiplayer games on the xbox one i have been made not to be able to play my games this ban has came out of no where because i have done nothing wrong to deserve this enforcement ban
i feel like i would like to maybe talk to someone on getting this ban unstripped because i feel like i dont desreve this ban as this is the first offence i have over been accused of doing and i would like to know why i have been banned as i am a 3 year live
membership owner and have had the xbox since your first ever prduct was out so i would like to get my ban undone please ?

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

spoke to a rep the issuse was there was a console ip ban my account was attached to which caused all 4 accounts to be reset mine was one of them hence why i dont have a pusnishment from enforcement team gg thnx

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about why you were banned and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
They also do not issuse bans just because you were spam reported. You can receive a million reports and not get banned as long as you don't do anything to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

It's banned for life. There's no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans to find out exactly why it was banned.

When your account gets a ban for communications, they will review you recent past behavior, if they find this to be consistent with why you were communication banned, they may add further enforcement to your account.

This is why you may receive further enforcement's whilst you are communication banned.
