    Good evening people just happened to me something. I was playing quiet when i receive a message from the xbox live that i am banned for life on my account

    Forum Guidelines    .]    . Knowing that i play my games in demat,everything goes in the trash,my past gamer 85k G disappears,it is a scandal since you can not even challenge. Moreover i did not even receive a warning. I am tired to try to explain in English
    while i am french. please xbox support i ask for a waiver otherside i would have no choice but to go to the sony side. Thanks anyway.

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    Hi there,

    If your account was banned, you would have received a message about the suspension/it would have showed on the enforcement page.

    Most of the time, a console ban is a separate enforcement action from an account ban.

    Not all the enforcement actions on your account appears on your enforcement history, as only you will see the communication bans and permanent bans

    Why have i been banned for checking on my other accounts that i haven’t used in awhile??

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
