    First you suspended my chat connection on XBOX LIVE because someone said my communication was outline!!! 98% of my friends are the ones that I talk too if you look at my communication history!!!! Second why no warning to let me know that I violated!!! Third
    I pay to much money a few people complained (I CAN GET 6 PEOPLE TO COMPLAIN TO GET SOMEONE VIOLATED) just saying!! Where your facts!!! I been on Xbox since the beginning and never got a suspension and all of a sudden some kids complain I can't talk or text!!!
    How do you know if the complainers was lying I'm grown why do I gotta go thru this when I paid my money so unfair

    Every report gets investigated by the XBLPET before a suspension is issued. In case of an enforcement act the XBLPET has no obligation to warn you since you have accepted the rules of the live service when you signed for xbox live. In the future make sure
    to read the Code of Conduct and respect it to avoid other suspensions.

    Players cannot ban other players. Only Enforcement has the authority to make enforcement actions on others.

    ^^^ Microsoft is not the only authorized repair center. There are many authorized repair centers approved by Microsoft. I sent in my old console into an authorized repair center through walmart and never had an issue and was never open to any enforcement
    action.
