Just to clarify, I thought it is XBLPET for Xbox Live - Policy Enforcement Team. Not sure who the XBLET is. As for Microsoft / Xbox having policies and then enforcing them? You are signing up for the ToS when you created an xbox live account. So why
people have issue to sign up for a private service (private = you opted in and Microsoft owns it) and then complaining when and how they decide to enforce their rules seems somewhat imprudent.

Ok, in short, if I owned a business. Follow me please... And I decided that since I own it and you decided to visit this business to say..... purchase a product or service... I suppose I have the right to treat this said customer just about any way I wanted
to, right?

Because it is privately owned. (Private= you opted to enter said business and I own it) and then you complain because I treated you differently than say the person or people before and or after you.

Now you see, me treating you different for whatever bias or non bias reason, based on my rules of business... that my friend is Imprudent. And to save all of the other sheep in here that love to follow the heard some time googling imprudent, it means "rash"
in short.

We could even try to get into legalities, mandates, etc... But who wants to go there? Normally me lol. But I am getting bored lol. So to get straight to the point...

It's been real, It's been fun. But not at all real fun. No matter who you are. No matter what walk of life you have endured. No matter how smart you may think you are. No matter if you're just that little sheep that can't think outside of the box, but has
to follow the heard. You all have been thinking. I got your attention. I could care less what you think about me. I'm most definitely not your DUDE. I made you think about this so called system.

And in life, we always need those proverbial crap stirrers. We will argue with you every step of the way. Maybe even make you second guess. That's my intent anyway. The system is flawed. And I figured, if enforcement wants to show their muscle a little bit,
I may as well do this with company as witnesses.

It would have been so much better to see a revolution begin lol. STORM THE CASTLE!!! But I guess maybe another day lol. Maybe then the "Pretty Witty Boy" can come up with some better punch lines. Hahaha. So for now and until i get another fire started,

Enforcement atm for me just use messages from brothers account for extra reasoning to keep me com banned. Its no help at all and they dont understand context or read into other material that originally started a conversation. They should just remove the
whole banning system altogether and if i happen to offend an sjw snowflake who is allowed to be ignorant and talk s*t to me and get away with it is bull. There is a block button y'know. I'd be fine with one or the other but having both is complete BS. (i would
use the block system myself but im not a child with glass feelings)

LOL you just don't get it dude, the ET does not treat anyone differently because everyone is responsible for their action according to the ToS and CoC of Xbox. Here's how they calculate your case. 1. You lash out, 2. They report you. 3 They investigate.
4 they found your lashing out violate the rule, 5. your suspended. Case close.

Its too bad you didn't use your own power tools e.g Block, mute, report. Instead use lashing out button. Poor decision there dude. Very poor.

So hence here you are doing what? Trying to discredit ET because they suspended you rightfully? Haha good luck on that

The enforcement team isn't interested with your life story like the other dude. They are only interested who broke the rules and got reported. When they investigated the reported and found a violation then they will push the suspension button, its that simple.
You knew there is a block or report button, why didn't you use both? You are just bested with the troll before you all you can do now is learn what to do better next, mute, block, report. Is all you can do to beat trolls, don't be a victim of trolls

Why did i get penalised for actions that were not me?

What gives them the right to give standards to words? (as 1 word has many different meanings)

And why have a ban system when theres a block system. They basically do the same thing,

If you give me a valid reason for all these reasons then i'l quit being salty.

Ps it takes less than 5 mins to write this whilst playing games using multiple controllers and accounts to bypass this faulty set up.

Not sure what you want to accomplish but to let you know the Enforcement Team does not monitor these forums. Everything is spelled out in the ToS/CoC which everyone has to agree to when they setup their account.

I suppose XBLET could stand for Xbox Live English truffles lol. There's no way I was talking to Xbox live Enforcement Team. Hahaha.... What do I want to accomplish? I want to expose a broken system. That's what I want to do. And the longer I'm here, the
more it does it on its own.

"Shut him down" "Nobody wants to hear his nonsense". There's some truth. Expose a broken system. Make them throw it back into their so called think tank. And if that doesn't work, I will just keep being me. The one who cares to fight the good fight. No matter

enforcement does his job and checks all reports if you have been banned it's because of a violation of the code of conduct.

Is this a template? I swear I've read this before lol. Nope. I'm not banned. Not yet at least lol. I just call it how it is. I strike a nerve and get retaliation for it. One way or another, this attention, or lack there of, will be made known. We are all
human. We all make mistakes. We all pay for them. And so shall Enforcement. But as long as they have reigning power, they push the buttons. They get to say what they want, when they want. Do what they want, to include shutting down a post to quiet me. For
