Enforcement appeal questionnaire

Recently received a ban from xbox live and was planning on sitting out the 2 weeks until I found out you can appeal. So I read through the Code of Conduct again and went through with the questionnaire. Got tripped up twice cuz I didn't read the question
which is my fault obviously. But then the last question was something along the lines of "is it your fault if you disconnect from a game due to bad internet and get banned for unsportsmanlike behavior?". Pretty sure I picked no, as I've seen and had plenty
of dc's before and had no repercussions. But I wanted to know if this is really covered on the Code of Conduct? If it's something I missed then it's fine but I sure didn't read anything as specific as this.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on the questionnaire. The question you are asking could be referred to as game abandonment as you are not finishing the game. Here is an example of the code of conduct this could affect as you
are not taking a loss or win.

Manipulate game stats to increase or decrease your standing in a game

Any enforcement question you can find information on the
enforcement site. As there is nothing more we can do I will be locking this thread.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
here is the only way to appeal a ban/suspension.

The answers to all the questions in the questionnaire can be found in the code of conduct.

The whole point of the questionnaire is to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.

the case review is a questionnaire I can't appeal it unless they fix their questions and put in questions that are part of the code of conduct not questions like this "participants in the enforcement united program are part of the enforcement team" how
am I suppose to know that.

The only way to communicate with the enforcement team is through the Case Review process on our

Xbox Enforcement website. There you can appeal your suspension upon completion of a questionnaire. Hope this helps!
