    Enforcement and their out of control activity.


    Yes, I know that Support isn't Enforcement and that Enforcement can be reached elsewhere, but let me say that as customer support unit that bit of garbage is getting old fast.

    I was recently "Enforced" over my Gamertag for no legitimate reason and even after explaining the situation through a case review, the Forced Gamertag Change was upheld.

    Now my question to you, Microsoft XBox Support, is simply. Considering I have a solid case for being unrightfully punished based on your own companies set guidelines and was given zero in terms of actual explanation as to why the "Enforcement" was carried
    through anyway, if we can't get help from them.....what are you going to do to help? They won't and you provide NO WAY of contacting them to try. So what are YOU going to do to aid YOUR customers?

    There is no active enforcement, only ever 1 and that was Jan 9 to 11, the page says there is active enforcement tho but nothing shows in enforcement history

    If you receive a ban you can view it by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
