    Enforcement and Suspension


    Hi there, i was issued a 2 week account suspension for Communication around 11/10/17 and then a day later issued a 2 week suspension for Harrasment and Abuse, so fast forward to around 11/26/17 'Which is the time of this post' which means the suspensions
    should have ended, the harrasment and abuse ban and communications ban say they have ended but still prevents me to communicate, i took the time to think this was a mishap and went to customer support to help me figure out the problem, so to MY SUPRISE on
    the date of 11/12/17 i was issued ANOTHER COMMUNICATIONS BAN for no reason until the end of February 2018 which i dont even know why, i looked through my enforcement history on the website and says i have no suspensions, i looked through my email to see if
    i ever recieved a email notification about said suspension on 11/12/17 and i couldn't find a single thing mentioning it, so truthfully i feel like i was falsely accused of this 3rd suspension for no reason and i can't even send in a case review or see as to
    what the reason was for this suspension, please help my Xbox Live gamertag is

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    Enforcement and Suspension

    100 day suspensions are issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC & do not show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

    While investigating your other suspensions the enforcement team probably discovered all the other offences you had committed which is why you were issued a 100 day suspension.

    Nothing you can do but wait it out.

    Be aware that using a secondary account to avoid a suspension you your main account is against the code of conduct & will most likely end up with a console privilege suspension so if you were thinking of doing that then don't.

    May be worth reading the code of conduct so you don't end up with a permanent ban next time.

    Contact for talk about an enforcement

    The only way to contact the enforcement team about your suspension is to use the Case Review on https://enforcement.xbox.com

    This makes sure that the comment you have about your suspension is properly matched to the suspension in the enforcement database, and that the team member from the Enforcement team can immediately see the history of the suspension with the evidence that
    led to that suspension.

    There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

    By the time the enforcement team responds to the thread, the suspension will be over. Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day that they were enforced. So it just depends on when the enforcement team issued the suspension. No one here
    will be able to tell you when that was.

    Hi there,

    If the suspension qualifies for a case review, you would find the option to submit a case review by going to your enforcement history - https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

    Unfortunately, not all suspensions qualify for a case review. If the suspension doesn't qualify, you will have to wait out the suspension as the Enforcement Team does not use the forums. Keep in mind support, as well as forum users are unable to assist with suspensions.

    I can't speculate on that. You'll have to wait for the suspension to show on the enforcement site to see the reason the enforcement team issued the suspension.

    are you sure it says code of conduct suspension or an update your payment method suspension completely different things

    Payment method suspensions won't show on enforcement site

    Enforcement suspensions could also be an console suspensions which means you need to check every account on the console to see if which one of those incured the suspension via the enforcement site

    Should be noted extension suspensions that were added during a previous suspension will not show up and youd have to call support to see if there is one
