    Enforcement and Support team communication


    My sons account was banned 8 months ago because he was being bullied and retaliated with an abusive comment, the bullies grouped together and reported him. They were not punished, he was. I have tried to get his account unbanned but i could only file 1 case
    review. 1! which my son rushed and used up.... that 1 chance wasted.

    "It is an enforcement team matter"

    They're a back of the scene team, they don't talk with the people having the problems, the support team should be able to review the cases also and have input for another review for the case. either this, or the enforcement team need a chat system similar
    to support, this will help split bad and the correct decisions.

    10+ bullies should be banned for what they said to my son, yet the enforcement team don't know about them because they only saw the reported message, there needs to be better communication. Its not a complex thing to incorporate. It will make the system fairer
    and smoother to work with for the consumer/customer. and not make them feel like the victim for something others escape from so easily.

    If your communications was in violation of the Code of Conduct then the enforcement team will apply and enforcement action.

    I received a communications ban on my Xbox live account () for 3 months and have not been given notice in my enforcement history. I called customer support and they told me to create a post here to get in touch with the enforcement team

    If the suspension was upheld there is nothing more that can be done except your end

    First it doesn't matter who starts the fight you break the rules and get reported you will be punished

    2 and the most important one you don't know what happened with the other players you do no get any info about suspensions or pending investigations against them

    You must be rated e for everyone

    Now to help your son

    First secure his account

    Set parental settings on

    First.friends only contact period

    2 block ignore and mute and if offensive report

    It doesn't matter how many people report him it only takes one valid report .

    Unless he had contact with the other ten players it doesn't matter

    They will get suspended for spam reporting and abusing the system if he had no contact

    Now if your son sent offensive msg to each one of them maybe you should teach him to block

    Customer support can't do anything about bans, it is the Enforcement team that handle anything and everything to do with bans, and there is no live chat option for the Enforcement team, the only methods of communication between ourselves and the Enforcement
    team is when a report is filed, and a case review is submitted.

    The Enforcement Team and Ambassadors are two separate support teams. Ambassadors are just friendly, helpful, community members who have no control (or knowledge) on suspensions and bans. Try contacting the Enforcement Team directly through the official Xbox
    Support Team. Also, it seems like it's only a 24-hour ban?

    suspended for gamerpi when im using a pic from my consol and its the third time first time it was funny but now i want answer. why i get ban? how it work? did somebody watching the report????

    If you don't see the option to submit an appeal (submit case review) then there isn't a way for you to contact the Enforcement team. Xbox support don't have the ability to investigate enforcement actions on profiles, nor do they have any communication with the Enforcement team either.
