    actually sir I was told by multiple Microsoft workers that if I get in contract with an enforcement agent here that I can get it uplifted even after a case review so thank you for the input but it's incorrect

    It's just like any other job. You would need to check with Microsoft to see if they have a position open, send in a resume, interview, etc., and you would have to live in Redmond, WA.

    you already been told the correct answer the decision was upheld according to you after being reviewed by multiple enforcement team members

    Just teach your child to play fair next time and keep his gaming clean and no matter who starts the fight anyone who breaks the rules will be punished

    Spaming even though you been answered multiple times doesn't help you as it's against the rules and can lead to further punishment like forum suspension

    Actually it is correct. Unfortunately phone and chat support are incorrect when it comes to the forums. There is no way to contact the enforcement team via the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

    And file a case review

    However if you have and the decision was upheld that's all you can do
