Enforcement after getting teamkilled

Dear Community, dear Microsoft!

I started playing XBoX when the 360 came out in 2005, I have 2 360 and 2 Ones (one of each at my parents house), I've been a very loyal customer and I was satisfied most of the time.

But now you have finally broken me and it's becuase of the way your enforcement for "bad language", or whatever you call it, is used!

I never gor banned or blocked for communication in all those years of regular gaming, but in the last year I got banned 3 times for bad conduct while playing siege (text messages).

I completely understand why you check on messages that might have bad content, but there is a certain point when someone cracks, for instance after getting teamkilled and kicked for no reason (first few seconds of the round) ALL THE FU***** TIME!!!!

At this point playing games with a friendly fire function is simply horrible, you can be sure to get teamkilled from every 12 year old on the planet and you can do nothing! I report them every time for unsporting behavior and add "teamkilling" to the post,
but I fear that the chances are pretty slim that anything ever happens!?

Is teamkilling even enforced in any way?

And couldn't there be some way to get an extract from the killfeed to at least get rid of those fu***** teamkilling children that seem to plague every second game nowadays?

It completely takes away the fun from gaming, I stopped playing Rainbow Six Siege for quite some time because of this but it didn't get any better and I'm not really interested to spend any more time online gaming with such a toxic community, especially
in games like Siege!!

Remember you can always go to the
Enforcement site, to file a case review. There is only so much Microsoft can do with issues as like this. Best option is to report, block and ignore them. If you block it is harder to get matched with them later on. Due to most servers are run by third
party (developers) we have no access to them. Some of the modding and such is supposed to be handled by them. As games age, as do the servers lack of attention as new games cone out the attention is focused on them. As this has been answered and you are aware
of the circumstances I will be locking the thread.

Feel free to record them and send it to the devs. They might act and ban the person from the game or they might not.

Like I said above the toxic side is not only on Xbox. Have you ever played Dota or Lol on PC?

I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience while playing on Xbox. You are doing the right thing when you report unsporting behavior and those reports aren't for nothing. They are used when calculating a players reputation and can lead to suspensions.
When dealing with those players, the rule of thumb is report, ignore, and block. If you retaliate in any way contrary to the Code of Conduct, you are also at risk for getting an enforcement action.

The enforcement team is the only group you can contact regarding enforcement rules. You Can go to enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review to potentially have the suspension/ban removed. Otherwise, we ambassadors on the forums cannot help.

Sadly some communities are like that on all platforms. This is not tied to only Xbox. I have heard bad stories about Siege and PuBG on all platforms. That however does not give reason to send them nasty messages. Yes you might be angry but just block and
report these people I do think Siege has a in game report function *If you return to it*

Enforcement does act on reports. So please just report these people and do not send nasty messages.

I'm grateful for your response, of course I understand that telling them to
[mod removed-profanity] isn't the right way to deal with them and needs to be punished because of the violation of code of conduct, but as I said before, it seems like teamkilling and every kind of toxicity is getting worse by the minute and it feels
like there are no consequences from Microsoft on those players.

Would it help to record them or something like that?
