    XBOX LIVE ENFORCEMENT TEAM YOU HAVE ACUSSED ME OF MARKET PLACE THEFT AND OR FRAUD USING CARRIER BILLING, I HAVE NOT BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE AS YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE SEEING AS THIS IS AN ACTUAL CRIMINAL OFFENCE (NOW WHY IS THAT I WONDER?). YOU
    HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY ACTUAL PHYSICAL EVIDENCE OF A CRIME ONLY YOUR SAY SORRY BUT THAT’S NOT GOOD ENOUGH.



    End of rant, sorry......

    Instead you at Enforcement have acted as Judge, Jury and Executioner and issued my Primary Xbox Account a Permanent Lifetime Ban. All this
    WITHOUT ONE SINGLE PIECE OF EVIDENCE HAVING BEEN SENN OR GIVEN TO ME, all I've had from you is that
    IT COULD HAVE BEEN one of a possible dozen reasons. Sent in a Enforcement Review and the ban was upheld, still with no evidence being presented and still the
    IT COULD HAVE BEEN FOR, THIS, THAT OR EVEN THAT! Come on this is not the dark ages, do I real have to go to court to actual find out exactly what and I mean exactly what I'm accused of.

    I can prove my innocence but I cant get a review or post to the forums using my banned account so there is no proof its my account i want to sort out. The simple fact is carrier billing requires you to confirm the transaction from a text sent to the mobile
    number so I must have had the phones. I can prove I own ALL the numbers that have every had carrier billing transactions on my account, I own Eight contract numbers (Mine and my Children’s but all registered to me and all paid by me making me responsible to
    pay what’s billed to them).

    I DO NOT USE VOICE CHAT, DO NOT MESAGE ANYONE AND VIRTUALLY NEVER PLAY MULTIPLAYER, but of course Enforcement knows this seeing as that track everything. I got sick of playing with the children years ago, besides they can run circles round
    me as I’m disable with severed tendons in my right hand so I lack the coordination to be very accurate. Also as a side note until this happen I have
    NEVER Actively Participated in any form of social media be it YouTube, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram or any other platform, this is super easy to prove.



    The fact of the matter is you have no real way to communicate with that Keyboard Warriors that run the enforcement on Xbox which I might add is intentional. If I’m not able to solve this myself amicably I will find myself with little choice to seek a Legal
    solution through the courts along with a claim for punitive damages from Microsoft.

    Not only is the accusation against me very serious that should have been reported to the police, and not only have all my legal rights been steam rolled over but my basic human rights have too.



    Regardless of the Terms of Service I agreed, to which I might add you do not have any choice in what so ever if you want to play these games. The Service Agreement is either YOU DO or YOU DONT regardless of what’s written in it, I also must add these service
    agreements DO NOT supersede the laws of the country to which they are being applied, that has been a fact that has already been tested in the courts. Also I DO NOT buy a licence, I BUY A PRODUCT, and as that is the general consensus among your average shopper,
    it is that view, that consensus which drives the laws. Again this Service or Product argument has again been tested in the courts and Microsoft lost.

    So ENFORCEMENT TEAM, GET IN TOUCH, lets not have to make this get ugly to solve what is a simple mistake on your part. All I want is my account back and small token as recompense for the stress this matter has caused and a simple apology, that's
    all, simple.

    Lifetime bans just for Avatar altering? Really???

    It seems like all of the lifetime bans that I am reading about for merely altering your avatar is sort of like getting the electric chair for stealing a pack of gum at 7-11. Seems a bit excessive to me, considering that a lot of these kids have been building
    up their accounts for years, not to mention buying map packs, etc. for huge sums of money that is flushed down the drain. I am just asking that the enforcement committee reconsider these bans and perhaps just issue a 30 day suspension instead. The punishment
    does not fit the crime!!!

    NUMBER 1 , I HAVE looked into this and i haven't stepped out of any line to get any type of ban!

    all i do is give to Xbox and get nothing in return ''other then bans!

    all it takes is a couple of salty underage kids playing 18+ games which is a offence! And they some how get a mature 25 year old banned!

    I know your not going to read this but if in the slightest you have, remove the ban or ill switch to PS4 so i dont have to get fake kid bans again. Ill sleep and see if its removed by later,

    P.S if you cant i want to see proof of evidence of me braking laws, thanks

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. Submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com is the only way to contact them.

    Thanks for the reply but I can submit a case review, did one and it got upheld. Received with that review a bit more information on what I had supposed to have done so am able to now prove that I didn't do what I am accused/convicted of. The problem is it
    won't let me submit a review. I have contacted customer service 4 times (I know they cant change anything) with the hope they will actually be able to put me in touch with someone who can help, but it would seem the Enforcement Team sit behind some sort of
    protected shield away from everything.

    Submitted an EU Online Resolution Report only for Microsoft Customer Services to contact me telling me they can deal with it, seems going through official channels doesn't even work. I NEED SOME HELP, I need to speak to someone that can fix this miscarriage
    of justice, Microsoft justice that is.

    I really don't want to go down the route of the Courts and hiring Solicitors due to the cost, here's the biggest issue you get told to use the forum to contact Enforcement Team by the customer service reps.

    ANY HELP would be very much appreciated by any community members...

    how can i get banned for abuse when i have a communications ban inplace

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums,which includes posting images containing other peoples gamertags.

    If you did not respond to that message then that was not the offences you were suspended for.

    Your suspensions could of been for something you did weeks or even months ago.

    No one here can tell you when the offences took place as the enforcement team do no use the forums.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site here

    Your 2nd suspension would be for a separate offence that happened before your first suspension was issued.

    Why did I get Console Banned?

    You admitted in your first post to playing in a bunch of modded lobbies which is a bannable offence.

    You could of easily left by just quitting to the dash & would of probably been ok.

    As mentioned,console bans are not issued lightly & are usually the result of several enforcement actions in the past or something so severe that a console ban is issued.

    Bans are rarely issued at the same time of the offence as they need to be investigated first,especially console bans,so the ban could of been for things you did weeks ago.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Any report filed is investigated first which takes time.You would of been suspended for something you did weeks ago.

    The suspension was issued at 3am your time,that is not when the offence took place.

    I'd REALLY like some answers, because for once, I'm at a complete loss as to what to expect.

    No one here can tell you the reason for your ban as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    You would need to log onto the enforcement page HERE for info & to file for a case review if eligible.

    Since it takes time to investigate a report thats filed most bans are not issued at the time of the offence so you could of been banned for something you did days or even weeks ago.

    yes i understand but even do this is my first suspension of the year why is it that i get a perms ban
    As mentioned,it probably isn't a perma ban but for future reference the length of a ban isn't just based on how many enforcement actions you've had before,it's also based on the severity of the offence so it is possible to get perm banned for a first offence.

    Just follow the rules & you won't get banned at all then there won't be an issue.
