    I am reaching out through another xbox profile about my account marksaj12. My account
    "marksaj12" was suspended for nudity and sexual conduct. I am going to explain what has happened since the date of one week ago. I contacted xbox and spoke to a xbox person and explained that it was a gamer profile picture change that was an
    accidental click to change that was inappropriate and it was a split second change back to what it was before. The person I spoke to before had made notes also explaining the situation we told him and he told me it would take up to 24-72 hours or 1 week until
    I would hear back from xbox telling me whether my account would be re-activated or not. I waited a week and then called xbox again and was told to go through here to contact someone.

    There is no active enforcement, only ever 1 and that was Jan 9 to 11, the page says there is active enforcement tho but nothing shows in enforcement history

    Hi,

    This error is usually due to an active enforcement action on the account (Communications Suspension). If you can sign-in to the Xbox Policy & Enforcement History page to verify that
    there is no active enforcement suspensions on the account.

    If there is an active suspension, you will have to wait till the end date on the enforcement details or create a 'Case Review' next to the enforcement detail if qualified. You can find more information on this here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-us/home/howto#sub-topic0-6.

    Contact support by phone and have them look to see if you still have an active ban. I've heard of an issue where the enforcement site does not show additional enforcement actions. They will not be able to tell you why but they can see if you have an active
