    Enforcement Actions .

I've just received two e-mails saying that I've been suspended for uploading two captions not allowed and that they've been deleted. I still can see all the captions I've uploaded and in MY opinion there is nothing wrong with them, they are some screens
taken from Shadow of The Tomb Raider, no blood, no nudes, no fight, what's wrong with them? a dead enemy on the floor? it's a Tomb Raider Game, or maybe I should say IT IS A GAME. Of course I get no option to know which are the deleted pictures and a reason
for deleting them and suspending my account so it's perfect. The only other time I've got suspended in more than 13 years using Xbox I got it for a caption of Assassin's Creed Origins where there was a naked STATUE, art not nudity but ok and I got banned for
    several days.

Someone should review the rules and prohibitions for the content, we are in 2018 not 1018.

I need a solution or at least, an answer and a reason for banning my captions and my account. These are the screens I've uploaded I would appreciate to be told what is wrong with them and which ones are causing this suspension.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

Thanks. I did it before I came here to expose my problem. There I got no option to know what captions were deleted and why or what to do to solve the problem. As the first time I got no options just wait and accept in silence a punishment I don't think
I deserved. Nothing to do. Thanks for your answer I guess.

    Tanausulord,

Hey buddy I brought up a guidline that might explain a little bit more, I highlighted what I thought might be the issue, but also it depends, if anyone reports your profile as offensive it could also take affect that way as well.

    Enforcement Actions .

Hi, thanks. Do you think that might be the problem? The game has a Photo Mode to share pictures and that's what I did, it would be absurd that someone reported a picture that has no offensive content and which sharing is allowed by the own creators of the
game/content. Anyways, I still see the pictures uploaded and I tried and I can use every function of my console and account... I wonder if I got suspended before checking if there were reasons for that and after checking it I got my privileges back....

I don't know, I understand nothing but as far as I can use every function of my consoles and account... I guess it is ok and the post can be closed... until I get another ban/suspension for no reason, of course xDDD
