    It has been months since my suspension for saying some real vile stuff. I have entirely regretted my actions after my suspension from Xbox live, and have committed to not doing anything that would wind me back up in that situation. I believe that my lesson from the THREE suspensions that I was given, was truly, and entirely learned, and I would very much love to put that behind me, and move on to be a better person.

    But apparently, that's not allowed to happen. I'm still being punished for my actions and CONSTANTLY reminded of that punishment every. single. day.

    I went to check my internet, it says I have 2 on going problems with the internet. I can't buy any games to own fro any console, and I can't order anything from the store on my Xbox. The issue has persisted since the middle of March, and it has yet to be fixed, or acted upon in anyway.

    There was also something about Destiny 2, but since I don't play Destiny 2 anymore, that one is negligible.

    I am also reminded of my suspension every single time that I open up the Xbox Game Pass app on mobile. I've reported the problem of that notification popping up since March, multiple times already, but that too, has not been acted upon.

    I get what I said was horrible and egregious, and should never been said ever again. And I wholeheartedly agree, and have NOT said ANYTHING like that since March 18th, when I received my 3 bans. And yet, it's still being waved in my face, that I have been banned, and am still being punished for my actions, and the humiliation of it will never leave me.

    Please, I am truly, and entirely begging for someone to help remove the enforcement actions and the constant notifications about it. I will do ANYTHING at this point to get away from this degrading situation.

    Unfortunately all suspension, bans, and other actions in terms of enforcement on your account is handled completely by the Xbox Enforcement Team. You can submit a case for review here [ Xbox Enforcement ].

    Though I cannot remove or change the actions taken on your account, I hope this helps in some way.

    How are you able to contact "enforcement" if you are not given the ability to challenge the enforcement given?

    So according to your reply, if there is no suspension there is no way to contact the enforcement team, but an "action" that doesn't incur a suspension also stops any contact with enforcement.

    Why has Ambassadors team retrospectively, after an error with enforcement site, gone back 6 or more months to remove Ambassadors from the program when the "action" didn't warrant a suspension or ban?

    As an example, a text post comment is reported by a disgruntled gamer, enforcement remove the post which doesn't incur a suspension or ban, but Ambassadors deem it requires removal from the program.

    Double standards!

    Firstly, you can't dispute an "action" because there is no option to contact Enforcement who notify the account holder 3 days after the "action" is enacted.

    Secondly, you can't defend yourself if you can't contact them.

    Thirdly, you can't contact them unless you get a suspension greater than 24 hrs, but if the account holder is not notified until 72 hrs after the suspension has occurred it's likely the suspension may have expired and therefore you can't contact Enforcement.

    Enforcement actions are only cleared if you submit a case review while the suspension is active and the enforcement team lifts the suspension because they discovered it was in error. It is not possible to submit a review after the action is over.

    Not all enforcement actions are suspensions and not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review for different reasons.

    They haven't gone back 6 months or more. There has been an issue in the program that checks for enforcement actions for the past couple of months and a fix was put in place. Anyone who was suspended and supposed to be removed from the program during that time (like the OP) has now been removed and anyone who was not meant to be eligible to join during that time has been removed (ie. people who had an enforcement action within the past year that was not picked up when signing up for the program). Anyone else who has been removed in error should have already been added back into the program, but if not, they would need to contact Ambassador staff who will look into the issue and get them back in.

    Receiving an enforcement action (doesn't have to be a suspension/ban) as an Ambassador removes you from the program. That would be a content takedown which would result in remove from the program. An Ambassador can also be removed without enforcement intervening. For example, in your scenario the "text post comment" is reported directly to Ambassador staff because it goes against the program's pledge, Xbox code of conduct, etc. and staff can remove them.

    The enforcment team are a part of MS.

    Like EVERY other enforcement team out there they do not have any contact information to prevent people from harassing them about suspensions.

    The ONLY way to contact them is through the case review process IF a suspension is eligible.

    Like previously stated to be eligible for a case review the suspension has to be longer then 24 hours, be active and has to of happened within the last 12 months.

    There is no one here in these public forums that can help you.

    The Xbox support team does not handle enforcement actions and has no way to contact the enforcement team. Again the ONLY way to contact them is through the case review process IF the enforcement action is eligible for a case review.

    Since your suspension is over 12 months old it is not eligible for a case review. So unfortunately no one can answer your question for you.
