Enforcement actions for false reason,again.

I am writing this post because I am very desperate for help.As i'm sure you all know,the enforcement team does not have a phone number witch makes getting in contact with them extremely difficult.I really am out of ideas,I will just jump straight into it.

I am a part of the Xbox insider hub,and I am in the beta ring.Of course,custom gamer pictures are a part of that beta,so I put a picture that was in no way,I say again,in NO way inappropriate.I received a enforcement action on my account for supposed "Inappropriate
gamer picture".I know that this was a 100% false enforcement.There is absolutely no way the picture violated the CoC which by the way,I have read over fully 2 times.

Also,about 2-4 days later I received another enforcement for something also false.Someone reported a message I sent them,which was
NOT any of the following:Rude/Harassment/Spam/Disrespect,or to save us all some time,nothing that would break the rules,but yet,I still got banned.

I am so desperate for some help,and I'm tired of hearing the same thing,that I have to go to their forums.I need help,I need an actually,helpful person,that can help me.I do not want to get anymore enforcement's on my account.I cant handle these people reporting
me for no reason and for some reason the enforcement team always finds a way to justify it even if it is completely noticeable that it is a fake report and I am being harassed.I am being harassed,please help me.I have spent 3+ years on Xbox and thousands of
dollars on merchandise,games,live and more and this is how I'm treated? Please,someone help me.Please,I do not wish to continue getting harassed,followed by enforcement's for no reason.I would love to have these removed off of my account,and for someone to
notice this issue.Please help.

I'm afraid there is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

You would need to contact support & ask them to open an unauthorised access case

On November 29th, 2016, my account was indefinitely suspended for "staff impersonation" following my information being grabbed by a Facebook look-alike phishing website (Which my Instagram, twitter and all other social media was connected with). I spent
several hours repairing the damage the automated advertisement bot inflicted into my Facebook, advertising everything from Testosterone supplements, body wax, PSN and XBL cards to air fresheners and car dealerships as far away as Verona, Italy. My account,
Soh Phanny, hadn't had Xbox Live gold for several weeks prior to the ban. I'm on the second Xbox One console, which the first had broke not long before my gold ran out. I hadn't set my home Xbox on the account to my new Xbox one console. The only usage
of my account by me, was for Netflix and YouTube. I've not given my information to anyone, nor have I implied or otherwise claimed to be an Xbox Live Moderator, ever. I appealed for a case review, that I didn't qualify for without the questionnaire that
took me 3 days to complete thanks to enforcement.xbox.com being buggy and unresponsive. I was unable to completely explain my situation and could not clearly or efficiently describe what happened in the extremely limited appeal system that only allows ONE
500 character comment per case review stage. The decision was upheld, and the XBLPET member I had the displeasure of needing to contact told me all of the activity had taken place on my home console. Which had been inoperable, sitting in a box for weeks
before the account suspension, and my current console hadn't been set to the home Xbox. My account was accessed, UNAUTHORIZED, and I was unaware of this, as I received no notification or warning from Xbox Live as to what was happening. I have lost 7 years
of my life that I invested into that account, all my progress, thousands of hours, and thousands of dollars invested just for it to be taken away for something I didn't do, and tried to rectify by changing all my accounts information to have a separate email
(and password) for everything. For Xbox to spit in my face and not do anything to assist me is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone who has been extremely loyal brand for almost 10 years, anyone for that matter. If someone can help me, or get me

For info on any enforcement action on your account you need to go to the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

 

I know they dont,Ive been to that site multiple sites and they never read over the review they just uphold it and its so unfair.
