    Hey I received a communications ban on 8/21/2017. So I called Microsoft and I spoke with a representative and she told me it was going to be lifted the 29th of September. Well today is the 7th of October and I haven't heard any news
    about my suspension I also still cannot send messages on xbox live. I realize I did wrong by my actions and through my words. I am really sorry to anyone who I have offended in the past and I promise I will be better. But someone please get back with me because
    I loved playing xbox with my friends but now I cant because I can't communicate with them. I have be a loyal customer for over 10 years and I have always supported xbox through events and what not. I also cannot sumbit a case review for my enforcement as I have

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    Whoever you spoke to has given you the wrong info.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you anything.

    For info on at suspensions you have you need to go to the enforcement site
    here

    Not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review.

    It's possible your suspension has been extended due to other violations being found.

    If nothing is showing on the enforcement site you should contact support again & may be able to tell you if your suspension was extended but will not be able to do anything about it.

    Phone/chat support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
