    Hi everyone, I'm writing here after repeatedly failing to get a case review on Xbox.com due to an unknown technical difficulty. After several chats with Xbox techincal support staff I was advised to post here as every time I try, I get kicked back to the
    home page on my account when at the stage of clicking "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions".

    Anyway, here's the basic facts. My other account (zMiari) was recently banned permanently (9999) under very odd circumstances. I was chilling in a lobby with two friends. Then two people from a clan who detest me joined the same lobby. One of these people
    started sending me hate mail and repeatly hit me and my friends' cars trying to get a reaction of some kind - basically trolling and griefing us out of spite. The next day they joined my lobby again. However this time a bit of a battle broke out with the guy
    who was sending me hate mail and hitting me. His friend watched from the sidelines. After being sent a bunch of offensive hate messages including calling me a "virgin" I got off the game and went on my computer. When I came back, my zMiari account was banned.
    I checked my email, to my surprise there was no email from enforcement explaining what I did wrong. There still isn't one to this day. The people who hate me have a long history of causing problems after a few disagreements which ended up in them getting embarrassed.
    The leader of the clan tried to DOX me through the Kik app and would've swatted me if he was able to have done so.

    The two people I saw before being banned were from this same team. All are hackers and most almost certainly use RGH and or JTAG. The leader of this team said in my "DOX" that he had banned one of my previous accounts (TheKamikaze24). At the time this DOX
    was done I was still using qKira. Which mysteriously got banned (allegedly) for harrassment the day after the said clan leader came back and on the game and lost to me again.

    I tried to get a case review for qKira but failed in the same way as I have with zMiari. I would dearly like to get both it and TheKamikaze24 back if possible, both tags have sentimental attachments. However this time with zMiari being banned it was even
    worse - there was no email from enforcement (which I believe there ought to be) and I was also banned within two hours of these people sending me hate mail and attacking me in the lobby. So I really couldn't let this technical problem concerning applying for
    a case review to go this time. They were intentionally trying to upset me. Before this second encounter I had actually asked the person hitting me to "call it peace" - in other words I wanted us to be chill and not at war or hating each other. I'm sure if
    Enforcement check my chat history they will see this. I was 42% preferred on player reviews. Always tried my best to be nice and kind to those around me, I'm puzzled as to how I am being banned when I've been under constant attack from several different people
    who hate me. I've never threatened anyone, and I am honestly one of the chillest people around. Even if you bump my car I'm unlikely to respond at all especially given I'm too busy chatting with my friends to care. People have also thanked me for sending out
    messages warning of modders who like to freeze lobbies and so on. So as far as I can tell I really haven't done anything to warrant being permanently banned. Yes I understand everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but the whole situation makes me wonder if Enforcement
    are even the people who banned me. The clan I have been speaking of is full of hackers and I highly suspect some kind of system tampering. I've spent hours trying to get my voice heard but so far I've been unable to contact Enforcement in any way. I can provide
    evidence of hacking and DDOSing on Xbox LIVE by these people, also. One such piece of evidence is found on a youtube video which I am sure is still available to watch where someone brags about him and his friend booting off every person on Midnight Club: Los
    Angeles. If anyone reading this needs a list of gamertags I suspect to be responsible for my problems I can provide it. With other information I have picked up about them over time, if need be.

    As with all previous bans, I have not had any suspensions of any kind before this. Banned out of nowhere every time. I would very much like Enforcement to check that no mistakes have been made and that system tampering has not been involved. And if they
    uphold their decisions I would at least like to know what exactly I did wrong on zMiari, as the email I expected to have received was not there.

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    You will have to.aolve your own browser issue

    Clear cookies and cache

    And use Firefox or ie or edge not chrome

    Also should be noted none of your other things matter

    First and foremost DDoS is thru the internet not thru Xbox Live pet can't detect it because it's between you and the said person not Xbox Live

    They only take system data and has no reflection on your suspension

    Your actions are your own and only you are accountable for them

    And no they do not answer forums as mentioned in the email you have one option enforcement.xbox.com

    I was told by Xbox Live's technical support staff to post here as ambassadors have contact with Enforcement and have the ability to relay my feelings to them or something. I have tried on three different devices and cleared browser history and so on. The
    same thing happens every time. I've spent hours on the phone to technical support staff none of whom were able to resolve the issue. This seems to be more or less my last chance of letting Enforcement know what happened from my point of view.

    On another note, I am aware what DDOS and so on are and how they work. But I had to give as much detail of the history as possible. I also suspect some kind of system tampering was used to create a ban in some way, given the suspicious nature of the circumstances.
    I really only want my feelings conveyed as I've tried absolutely everything and nothing works. It's as though the system is deaf to complaints. The staff I spoke to were very nice and helpful but the actual system for making appeals and so on seems to be broken.
    So if anyone here can contact Enforcement and forward my feelings to them I'd be grateful

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
    HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
    Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

    Since the enforcement teams don't use the forums, there is nothing else we can do here. You'll want to try other browsers and devices to file the review as ngocphi suggested. Mobile devices are not recommended for this however, use a desktop PC for the best
    results.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
