Enforcement action

Hi,

I recently received a mail specifying that an Enforcement action was currently applied to my son's profile, so from the Enforcement site here is the resaon why:



The concerned screenshot is from Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and here is the removed image:



Now as I want to understand where the offense is, could someone just explain why is this image considered as "innapropriate", and if not why was my son's profile suspended from uploading video or screenshot?

Also as there is no ending date from the Enforcement notification and as it is the first Enforcement action, we are guessing it is a 24h suspension?

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

how can I find out why my son had enforcement action against him, he doesn't know?!

 

According to the information you posted, the temporary impact of the enforcement action only removes the screenshot and bar the account from uploading Game DVR content for a certain amount of time. According to here,
the account would be blocked from uploading any new Game DVR content for either 7, 30, or 90 days (depending on offense severity).

The permanent impact would be a permanent ban from Xbox Live.

If the account has the former impact, it should still be able to log on to Xbox Live, communicate, and play multiplayer normally (just without Game DVR).

I know it's not a direct answer to your question, but I hope it narrows down things. The Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, so no one here has access to Enforcement records. Couldn't tell you why a screenshot was removed if the one you posted
is indeed the "offensive" one.

 

Thanks for the answer, of course I'm aware that XBLPET no longer communicate here but I was (wrongly) hoping that someone from the official support could eventually tell me if maybe this was a mistake as this is the removed image.

So what lesson should I learn from all this, XBLPET can do weird choices by punishing someone who didn't derserve it? Furthermore this sanction cannot be appealed by raising a case review and I have absolutely no clue regarding how long my son will be suspended
from uploading and diffusion (he is not suspended from the service).

So now what should I tell him for the next time, be careful and do not upload anything as you maybe suspended again... and where is the solid and strong reliable service supposed to prevent bad behavior when obviously my son didn't brake the rules?

At last I am so disappointed, you know I was almost conviced that any Enforcement action was checked and done by human being...
