    My account, was banned under the an injustifiable clause for harrassment and threats. I am not even too sure how I can get the account suspension when my communications are banned and if multiple people sent in complaints because I either killed
    them in a game and they got mad or they felt like I was targeting them. I do not target in games and if people are going to get mad over a game they should not play the game. I honestly do not even know what i could have done to deserve this suspension. I
    just want my account back so I can go back to playing games i normally played with all the equipment and such to play with my friends.

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    I have already tried that and I called an xbox support agent and they told me to come to the forums.

    Meaning nobody cares. I made a post about this very issue, and I hope someone that actually works for Microsoft responds. Also this is the official support form, so why aren't Microsoft employees doing the job they are paid to do, and provide support on
    said forum? Why is this job left to unpaid Ambassadors who can't do anything to actually help? If Microsoft isn't careful they will end up like Sony, losing customers to Steam.

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
