Enforcement Action

My communications were suspended due to explicit language in messaging, but me and the person I sent the message to we're playing for honor together, My friend and I Vs. His friend and himself, We were using mature language as the game is rated for mature,
and the game ended and I sent a message as well as my friend as a joke because we were making fun of each others gamertags, but I guess he had reported me, don't know if he was joking but I ended up being suspended immediately, I am only asking if this whole

I'm sure This is in the wrong place, but I'm trying to determine why, and how long I have a communication ban for. The enforcement link I found on here just takes me to forum home, not a specific category

Doesn't give me the option to make a case review but thank you anyways I just hope this won't happen again and I'll stay away from anything that contains profanity.

(which is dumb tbh seeing as how 90% of games contain profanity...)

The only people that handle enforcement actions are the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com

Keep this in mind All messages sent if they get reported and they violate any part of the code of conduct when the enforcement team investigates the report will suspend the account.

It does not matter who starts the conversation.

It does not matter whether you are playing a M rated game.

I understand, thank you for taking the time to solve my issues.

 

I was banned yesterday evening while playing Battlefield 4 with a close friend, because I pointed out the owner of a specific server's actions as being hypocritical to other players who play on said server, after setting a list of banned weapons, gadgets
and vehicles with lock-on capabilities she didn't want being used on her server, yet she uses said banned items herself on other players. I pointed out to the owner that she was being hypocritical by setting set rules to begin with if she refused to follow
them herself just because she owns the server and can kick who ever she wants from it just because she can; in the end she reported me for reasons unknown and I lost all forms of communication with friends and family on Xbox Live and I don't know how long
I'm banned from chat either
