    Enforcement action


    I Was playing rainbow six siege and some guy team killed me and my friends helped the enemy team winn and reported me for toxic behavior and communication, I simply asked the guy there was no need to do that and if he can please stop. He repeatedly called
    the whole lobby trash and bad etc. i don't understand why i would be suspended for asking a question but it was my fault for interacting as much as he was a pain i should've left it alone and waited for a new lobby to start

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    Sorry to hear that. You would only get suspensded if you’ve violated the code of conduct.

    If you even send a message with even a hint of negativity or a very minor curse word or mean name etc, you’ll get suspended. I get MS want to make Live a safer place, but they rule their platform with a very heavy thumb. They go way over the top.

    That said, it’s best to ignore those types of players even though it can be difficult. Make sure you block them to help avoid getting in matches with them again.

    I’d say to submit negative player feedback, but I’m against that feature.

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
