    Hello my name is Alex. My account got banned 3 years ago and I would like to be able to get it unbanned if possible. The Gamertag is: KSI TheRiddler. I was told that I was caught hacking even though I have no clue how to do so. The
    account is on permanent ban. I have made a new account and have had to rebuy all of my games, but I would like to be able to save some money. My account might have been accessed by another family member while I was at work, but I personally haven't done anything
    wrong and I don't think the suspension is justified at all. I have been a value customer for years, ever since the original xbox came out and even after the ban I got another account, I refuse to go to Playstation. I have lot of purchases on the account and
    would like to have them back.

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    You are responsible for the actions performed through your account, even when you are not present.

    A permanent ban decided 3 years ago is not appealable and there is nothing else you can do about it

    Makes glad to know that you started fresh with a new account in xbox live, so I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct to avoid similar situations

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
