Enforcement Action

Hi, I would like to know why my account () went from a account suspension to both a account and console suspension. Now I am outraged as I have done nothing wrong to receive a console suspension. I couldn't have possibly done anything wrong considering
that my account was suspended. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them.

 

That's just the problem, the website says that the suspension is over on the 1st and I have a case review pending, but my console says something different which is that I have a console suspension until the 4th of August which is new because I haven't seen
that on there when I first got the message for my account suspension.

 

Console suspensions are not listed on the enforcement site since they're not eligible for review. Unfortunately there is no way to find out specifically what caused it so it could be something that is not related to the account suspension you received or
if you've had previous suspensions it could just be due to having a lot of prior suspensions.

Your missing my point, I did nothing wrong for it to get extended at all. I couldn't have done anything wrong as it was extended whilst my account suspension was still in effect. Like I said, the enforcement page says nothing about a extended suspension
by my console says otherwise. I am honestly getting fed up with this system.

 

Investigations can take time. So the extension could be for something that took place days or weeks before the initial suspension was enforced.
