    Hi, My names Bryce and there was a voice communications suspension put on my account for one week and I've never been put on a suspension prior to this. Ive sent a couple messages a couple weeks ago that weren't the most mature messages but I honestly don't
    think I really deserve a one week ban and I wanted to know if anyone can help me with either lifting the ban completely or even looking into it and maybe lowering the time to a day or two. Help is much appreciated thank you

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    Hi, note that the Xbox Enforcement Team is responsible for all matters regarding enforcement on Xbox, and they don't actually use or monitor these forums. In your case, since your suspension is longer than 24 hours but shorter than
    permanent, you should be eligible to submit a case review to the Enforcement Team to appeal your suspension. For more information about the case review process: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    If you already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.

    sign in and view your enforcement action, you can open an case review if the suspension is over 24hrs

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for a group to 'target" you

    The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues so follow the indication of previous ambassadors if eligible for a case review
