    Enforcement action - vague details


    Hello,

    My son received an enforcement action for "cheating", although the description of what it can be related to is broad. He submit a case review and the decision was upheld, however there were no additional details provided. I am now not able to communicate
    further via the enforcement site (there is no option to reply to the case review). Based on the statement below, I believe I should be able to receive additional information regarding the specifics of why the action was taken. Can someone help?

    I still have some questions. How do I contact the Enforcement Team?
    If you have questions regarding an enforcement action or are unsure why it occurred, you can submit a Case Review inquiry through your Enforcement History. This allows you to interact directly with an enforcement agent, who will review the circumstances
    surrounding the case and explain why the enforcement was issued.

    Enforcement.xbox.com    . I'm afraid we don't have any details on Enforcement actions here on the forums, nor does the Enforcement team check the forums.

    We have exactly the same issue. The case review did not allow any interaction with the enforcement team. There was no explanation of why the enforcement was issued other than a cut and pasted message that i think they send everyone they suspend. I cannot
    understand how they can use a system that is not open to communication. I can imagine that the enforcement officers could get power crazy when there is no one to question their decisions. I think this whole process needs to be reviewed.

    Yeah you would want to try on the
    Enforcement site     as the Enforcement team does not read or reply to these forums.

    There has been word though that "by the end of Summer" they are improving the information given when an Enforcement action is taken, to give more details in why the enforcement happened and what it involved. Right now it can be very vague, as you are experiencing,
    so hopefully these improvements will help.
