    Enforcement Action Urgent


    I am attempting to contact Xbox enforcement support team regarding an action against DeePeach89560mv.

    My son was attempting to play yesterday when he was invited to play Roblox. He was invited by a user whom he did not know and was NOT on his friends list. He joined and asked the player what he wanted. He was kicked out then spammed to join and eventually
    blocked.

    I saw all this occur and the problem was created by the other player but my son was suspended. I've been trying to figure out since yesterday how to contact enforcement regarding this.

    My son replied yesterday and I was now knowledgeable about how to respond on the game.

    These are the facts above and want this issue resolved and the account fixed with removal of suspension. If any action should be taken it should have been against the other player who caused the problem.

    Urgent Question!

    Just out of curiousity. What make your question "urgent"? Is there some sort of time constraint that is bond to you getting your answer?

    Also, I find it difficult to believe that a person who has had enforcement action taken against them (gamerscore reset) is an Ambassador.

    support forums can't do anything about the suspension

    You have to use the website if it doesn't work you need to clean your cache and cookies or use a different browser edge or Firefox preferred

    Chrome has a few issues

    IIf he got into a fight with another player it doesn't matter who started the fight he has to follow the rules regardless maybe you should set his parental settings to prevent future incidents
