Enforcement Action troll

Hi, I recently got two enforcement actions on my account one directly after the other and by the same person. This person was on my friends list I have now blocked them because they are trolling me. Yes the messages he used to report me contained vulgar
language which I understand is against the Code of Conduct which I apologies for but it was used because that is how me and this person interact. I can guarantee that this individual used the same and worse language then I did and simply decided that they
were bored one day and thought to get a kick out of trolling me. The first time they reported me I was unknowing of the report and asked if he reported me because I didn't expect it from a friend but he was the only person I was in communication with at that
time who I knew could/ would have reported me. The second time was the day I had just gotten communications back and I had decided to forgive him for trolling me because he was my friend and I though he didn't do it intentionally. Then he reported me again
while telling me he was reporting me by using a message I sent him a while ago that he had saved for just an occasion it seems. So this is a troll! I have since blocked this gamer-tag because I don't appreciate being trolled. I submitted a review of the situation
which did nothing because the decision was upheld. I don't understand how this works because I was banned twice in a row by the same person within three days. One report gets my communications suspended, in the situation where I am the victim. I understand
that the review was supposed to be the end of this, but I find it ridiculous that the "hero" in Microsoft eyes is whoever clicks report first. My reputation was very good until these two reports. I am a very friendly gamer who searches to improve interaction.
I hope someone can see this situation from my side instead of just going with the guy who was willing to throw his friend under the bus for a laugh. Thank you for your time.

Xbox enforcement is unfair

Stop spamming troll your just as usefull as the enforcement team

 

I'm being bullied and discriminated against on Xbox Live and nothing happens

Also to add what both has already told you. Trolls get to you that way: report you as soon as you swear, Enforcement reads it, then they issue the banned hammer.



Enforcement won't disclose actions made to other players. If he swore in the conversation as well, he's probably in trouble too for sure bet.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.You'll just have to wait out the suspension.

If someone is abusing you over live then you need to report them via your console.

 

Each message can be treated as an individual action. Multiple messages can bring multiple enforcement actions.

Just like if I were running stop signs in my car, each one is a separate offense.

 

I understand I made a mistake giving a troller his tools to troll me essentially but he was a friend. And I guess I knew no one would see this on the forums. And I did report him however somehow I feel nothing will be enacted on him I would like to know
mainly that he can't continue to troll me if I am blocked. Because I don't want to lose my account or even its privileges because this guy struck first or because I used a couple bad words in a conversation with someone who uses much worse and he just was
the guy who decided to get a laugh out of reporting me.

 

Blocking the offending member will prevent them from messaging you.

I am curious why you feel that your reports would not be taken seriously by the enforcement team?
