Enforcement action that was completely uncalled for!!

The 1st topic of discussion I offer is I have received a comms and then a harassment ban for arguing with someone in messages.

I have screen shots of all the message that where sent and received and in none of these do I ever swear or say anything remotely threatening!

The worst thing I said to the guy was "he was a
[Mod Removed] for not wanting a rematch" this meaning he was scared, the word
[Mod Removed] obviously being used as an alternative for scared ( I mean come it's short for
[Mod Removed] . The other being virgin, which I'm sure we've all said. If this worthy of a ban then your company has took a downwards spiral and you're enforcement team are absolutely pathetic.

The next order of business is this is a shared Xbox, and an account that belongs to my younger sibling can now not play even though they have no active bans. How dare you block a clean account from playing online when they've done nothing wrong. In the next
few months I will be buying a PS4 and moving to that community because your company hasn't turned pathetic and caters for babies. The fact I received a comms ban and harassment and threats for those two

Comments, you'll hear worse on the streets. Shows how pathetic you are and how much you need to get a grip and go into the real world. I'd accept it had I warranted it but I was careful in what I replied and kept it very PG.

Yet you still issue a ban. And then to top this off I can't even post a complaint about these bans as the webpage will not let me. Absolutely disgraceful

I recently got a communication ban for no apparent reason. please investigate.

I recently got a communication ban for no reason. I was on YouTube for the last few days and all of a sudden xbox live messages me with a notice of enforcement action. This is completely uncalled for.

I would like to know what I did to cause this and if nothing, please overturn it as it is hindering my gaming and friendships.

Name calling and offensive language is completely uncalled for. Ruthless is a very active and helpful member of the community.

 

You might want to learn what that word actually means & it isn't what you've posted.

Have fun on the PS4 where the rules are pretty much the same.

You can try filing for a case review here but I doubt you'll get the decision overturned.

Doesn't matter what you hear on the streets,the ToU/CoC don't apply to the streets.

I'm sure Curly Bill will be along soon to wave you on your way.

The words you used I have heard all my life and while I personally see nothing deserving of a ban, those that seek to LORD over you will look to define those words as anything other than seeking a rematch.

In this anti social age it's best NOT to reply, neither via text nor voice and simply report, block and/or seek other forms of gaming/entertainment.

If everyone did that then Board Games could become popular again. Or better yet, Parks with ball corts etc, would actually see some use.

Sorry for all the shouting but the amount of people whinging and whining for getting banned these days is getting out of hand. Its never their fault, they have never done anything, and Microsoft should always lift whatever ban they have.

To the OP, man up and accept your punishment.

By the way, threatening to go over to the PS4 means nothing to Microsoft, they already have your money, but don't expect it to be different over their, they use the same rules and if you keep on doing what you are doing you'll get banned there as well.
