    well so yesterday it said i got suspened for cheating

    and
    what happened is a was in a call of duty lobby with a modder and he

    said i was going to get banned for cheating and i didnt do anything


    so bascially he banned me for cheating

    I need a mod to help me.

    If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

    Will Xbox Live Connectivity affect saved game progress?

    Hi there,

    As far as I know an enforcement action like a suspension will not remove any Gamerscore and game process, assuming the suspension is a temporary one.

    For further information on enforcement etc I would point to enforcement.xbox.com

    Question relating to account suspensions while playing on other accounts

    You risk a suspension on the account you are using & a possible temporary console suspension as using a secondary account to circumvent a suspension on your main account is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

    They will sometimes suspend a console if several accounts on that console keep getting enforcement actions
