    Hi. My account was suspended Jul 5, 21 07, for several reasons. I can´t access Xbox Live features until Oct 13, 201 7. And that is actually a very long punishment.

    I am fully aware of Xbox Live Terms and Rules, and bad behavior should be punished, yes, I agree. But the reason for the ban was actually not because of my actions. My little brother was playing on my account, and he was sending messages back and forth with
    other Xbox Live users. So he said things he shouldn´t have said. I have had my talk with him and made sure that he will not be able to use Xbox Live with my account anymore. I have made my account more secure now, so he will not be able to log in and play
    online.

    But being suspended from Xbox Live for over a 3 months is a bit absurd. Like I said I´m fully aware of the Xbox Live Terms and Rules, but so long suspension is a bit too much.

    I hope you can look into this, and remove the suspension, and I will assure you that this won't happen again.

    One other issue is that not only have my main account been suspended, but also all my Xbox accounts.

    And like I said, I will make sure this won't happen again. I will never let my brother get on Xbox Live again. Not because he gets me banned, but also because I do not respect or tolerate behaviors like this on XBOX LIVE. I have been an Xbox customer since
    day one, and always been loyal and respectful to XBOX and its features.

    8/4/17. I got banned for no reason. I am always a reasonable player and I never use profanities towards other players. I stay away from glitches and cheats, and I try to be a helpful teammate in team games. I do sometimes mess around,
    but that's part of the "game." I am confused why I would be banned for that. I am simply looking to have the ban lifted or find the source of my mistake.

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
    history of the account you are signed into just to be sure something didn't change.



    Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
    current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.



    Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
    team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.
