Enforcement action says suspension is complete

    Enforcement action says suspension is complete


    When I go to the xbox enforcement page it says that my suspention is complete but when i try to sign into my Xbox it says my account is permanently suspended and to go to the xbox enforcement page. Since it says its complete I cannot submit an inquiry!
    What do I do now?!

    Past enforcement actions on your account or family account.

    When I click that it shows completed suspensions .

    It seems to be that he was banned for two days in march and it is now completed.

    "enforcement action" with no explanation

    It still isn’t working, but my enforcement action only says completed suspensions. So idk if I’m still suspended or it’s just not letting me talk online anymore. How can I find out how long the enforcement is ? Because it only told me it will be 24hrs, and it’s past time limit, but no account recovered completely.

    Enforcement issues can only be reviewed by Enforcement team members and they don't use the forums. Check here for Xbox Enforcement Action FAQ if you'd like to review that content:

    If you are not getting a message that still says that you have an enforcement action then you are not still under a suspension.

    Did you mean that your account has been suspended? If your account has been given a suspension then check the following:
