Enforcement Action Rule but Haven’t been banned within a year

You have to appeal any enforcement action within a year.Since it's been 6 years you would not be able to file for a case review i'm afraid.

It wouldn't matter if you were "baited" or someone else started the argument ,if you respond in a way that violates the rules then you risk a ban/suspension.

Support are nothing to with enforcement so can't help or do anything.

You say you haven't used the account for years so it could of been banned before the enforcement site was around which is why there is no info.

Any enforcement action has to be appealed within a year so if it was banned years ago then there's nothing that can be done.

You can't be on the Insider program if you have had any enforcement action on your account within the past year which is why you were removed.

The rules are the same for everyone,no matter how many years you've been on xbox live.

If you want to earn those reset achievements again but legitimately then you will have to start a new account.

part of the requirements of the insider programs is that you can't have enforcement actions on your account within the past year and that's a hard rule you are going to have to wait out your year from the expiry date of the suspension
