Enforcement action question

I had two bans in August which were meant to last two weeks. One of them I filed a case review hoping it would be lifted but it did not work out. Anyway, I waited two weeks and started playing as per usual. I then found out I had a console ban which I was
not told about even when logged in on the Enforcement site.

The ban was till the 8th of Sep as told by XBOX UK support line, I then hoped I could start using basic communication features such as joining my friend's parties but still couldn't communicate. After nearly one month I contacted
XBOX UK support again and I was told that I have a communication ban on my account till 16th of Nov 2017. This is totally unfair as I remember it saying on the Enforcement site that it was two weeks. How did it turn into a THREE month ban? I feel as I am being
punished harshly for no reason as the ban was supposed to be lifted last month.

The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here can give you an exact answer. Most likely they discovered something else that caused them to extend your suspension.

 

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

 

There was nothing for them to discover. I did not play during my ban and I couldn't say or do anything offensive as I was already banned. It is definitely an error and the guy on XBOX's phone service said to post here I would receive help and now I am told
I can't get help here because they don't see these messages. What is the point in me creating a thread if I won't be heard? Absolutely ridiculous as I have done nothing wrong to receive an extra suspension.

So now I shall sit here and wait 6 weeks to speak with my friends or to even message them and say hi.

IT WAS NOT MY FAULT, IT WAS AN XBOX ENFORCEMENT ERROR. :/
