Enforcement action query

Hello I was recently playing Rainbow six siege with a friend and other online live players in casual mode. During the game me and my friend were being trolled by another player (i'm not sure if I can disclose his Live tag so I wont)
but he was purposely going out of his way to frustrate and get a reaction out of his team mates at the time and unfortunately I reacted out of frustration to this, I sent him a message simply requesting his reasons for his actions, at which point a friend
of mine was also messaging him about this, the person in question told us completely different things (Ranging from him being too young to own the game in the first place (16) on an (18) game in his own admission followed by having a special education needs.)
In the heat of the moment I used one inappropriate word (which now I regret) and understand it is a wrong thing but when people are deliberately trying to get people banned from Live and Xbox in general it's difficult not to react. My friend who also had an
altercation with the person in question has not been banned following this but I feel like I've made a small mistake which is the first time ever on Xbox and i'm being rather harshly punished.

In the past I have been sent far more obscene messages and comments and not one of them to my knowledge has been banned and yet for less I have been.

Is there anyway i would be able to speak directly to anyone from Xbox live regarding this issue? As it seems like this player was quite purposely trying to do this to get others banned because of his actions?

Xbox Enforcement web site to review any enforcement actions against you and if eligible you will also be able to request a case review from here.

In the future be sure to just mute any players that are saying anything that is against the code of conduct, or trying to get reaction from you. Then report them, block them and let the Enforcement team take it from there.

Thank you for the response, unfortunately I cannot post a review so I'll have to wait it out. It's just annoying how it went down especially as the person in question had mentioned he was underage to play the game in the first place and yet no action of
his has meant that he will be banned yet he purposely attempted to get people around us banned.

I'm happy to wait out the ban I just feel it's rather unfair considering the multitude of comments I've reported to no action when I've been called far worse.

Am I at least able to give this person's gamertag so he can be looked at? Not on the forum of course but elsewhere?

You can't be underage to play a game.

The age rating on a game applies to single player content & only means someone under that age can not buy the game.

It does not mean they can not play the game & age ratings do not apply to the online side of it,which every game with online tells you.
