enforcement action query, unable to submit review

hi, i worryingly got an email this morning regarding notice of enforcement action.

as a very mature gamer who has games since the 1970's and has over 1000 xbox 360/one games, doesn't cheat/hack/swear etc to say i was taken aback is an understatement.

so logging into my xbox one and phone etc all seemed ok but the message was there in my inbox.

so i went to webpage and clicked on history and it's to do with a group i set up months ago, which no one joined (billy no mates). i had made a bio about things people of similar age may remember for the 60's 70's and 80's. there is nothing else on the group
pages. nothing offensive or abusive, i'm not that type of person.

anyway long story short, when i try to submit a review i won't let me. i get message that child account cannot submit review, i'm not a child i'm 55 years old, i have my daughter and son included in the family, one being classed as a child the other not.
i'm the adult and i'm the one who checks my daughters usage etc.

i'm definitely signed in on my xbox account and it show that i am in top right corner of page. when i log in on xbox and phone and laptop to xbox live all confirm this, but for some reason on enforcement page of xbox.com when i try to ask for review it's
a no go i'm a child?

anyway all i was wanting to do was to get someone to have a quick look at the group and honestly tell me where anything is offensive, there are no posts, gamer pic is from xbox, just the bio and if mentioning black and white telly or sweet cigarettes (you
could buy sweet/candy cigarettes in 70's 80's white candy with red tips in cardboard box and we could pretend to smoke) unbelievable nowadays but this was the sort of thing i was asking if people remembered.

i am an xbox fan of good standing and have been on live nearly 10 years, i understand people have difficult job to do but i do feel this has been a mistake or misunderstanding.

any advice how i can get it reviewed if i'm unable to do so on website...it may be only 24 hrs but it's the principal to me.

obviously i will delete the group but want things confirmed first as i am active on gaming websites and I've asked people to check out the group to see if i have offended anyone inadvertently..so far no one can see any problem.

looking forward to your help advice and support...so i don't have to spend hours on phone or laptop..or writing to UK head office.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and no one except an Enforcement team member can respond to any specific suspension actions.

You'll have to wait out the suspension if you are unable to submit a case review.

 

The enforcement team will not review a 24 hour suspension. It takes longer for them to review it than the suspension lasts. All you can do is wait it out.
