Enforcement Action Overturned Yet still banned?

So i had been suspended for a silly reason and i had filed for it to be reviewed and they had said im sorry it happened you shouldnt have been suspended, They overturned my suspension and said you should be able to return to playing normally, yet my sccount
dtill says i have to wait 7 days to play again and i cannot talk in parties or text or talk in game chats.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on suspension. You most likely have a console ban. These will not show in your enforcement page list unfortunately. You can go to the Enforcement
page and look over console bans. Chat support or a request from support they can look if there aconsole ban in place. Unfortunately, that is all they are able to do. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums. I will
be locking this thread.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Unfortunately the enforcement team does not use the forums so they won't see this. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review.

Even if you submitted an unauthorized access investigation on your account, it doesn't always overturn a ban. Some actions cannot be overturned.

If your enforcement was overturned and you still cannot see your gtag, try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.

You also have the option to check with the support and inquire if there is an enforcement action on your account and if it was overturned. They can't assist with the enforcement actions, however they should be able to inform you on the actions present in your
account.

That looks to me like they overturned the permanent ban and changed it to a 14 day ban but didn't actually change it on the system so the system still thinks you have a permanent ban.

Unfortunately, only Enforcement can resolve it and not sure how you are supposed to contact them about it, assuming there's no action button next to the enforcement notice in your history

Unfortunately bans, suspensions, and other enforcement actions cannot be dealt with via the forums or through Xbox Support. The only way to view anything related to enforcement actions is on the Enforcement Website. When someone gets banned/suspended, they
forfeit all rights to their account as per the Terms of Service you have to agree to when creating an account on Xbox Live. So called "permanent" bans cannot be overturned by case reviews, however, you should still have them log-in and find out on the Enforcement
Website if one is available for their enforcement action. http://enforcement.xbox.com
