    Enforcement action on Xbox Groups?

This is the 3rd time this has happened, although with valid reason? as I read through and none of the items listed are what I have posted.

Anything I have posted is true and I don't tend to scam people.. I'm generally like to share positivity and stuff, would love to know why these actions have been taken so I can prevent making these kinds of groups, Thank you.

    :)

For information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

If you had your console set as your Home console, you can access your games from a new account. They should show in your Games and Apps.

    Hello Unable To Hide

The Enforcement Team may only be reached at the Enforcement.Xbox.com

There you may handle your case with them directly.

    Enforcement action on Xbox Groups?

    Hi,

generally all information towards an enforcement will be made available to you here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB

You can raise a case here if there is enforcements in progress etc.

From what you are saying, it may be possible that somebody else also has access to your account.

I would advise you to change your password by going here: https://account.microsoft.com/security

    I hope this information helps.

I change my password regularly and keep an eye on the logins, it doesn't give me much information to work with, from what I can read I have not broken & I cannot ask them to review my ban / warning due to it not being a 24hours.
It has to be 24hours, for me to use the option to try and appeal it

Okay if it's only 24 hours, you wont be able to submit a case review I believe or if you're on a child account.

Are you the only person with physical access to your account?

You should be able to increase security on your account by creating a passcode.

Yes, it's not 24hours. it's not a child account and I am the only person to have access, it was my post that was deleted / banned for, although nothing was rude, or to my eye not stated I cannot do, so I am not sure.

I really do not want to be rude, but I was told my Microsoft Support to post on the forums so someone that does have access to seeing the reason can look into this, so that would be great if someone actually can tell me the reason,
I know I cannot appeal it via my enforcement page for it not being over 24hours, my account is not a child account & it's my 3rd ban < in my eyes for no reason >

  9. Unfortunately Support was incorrect in sending you to the forums.

No one but an Enforcement Team member can respond to any suspensions they issue and they do not use the forums, only Enforcement.xbox.com.
