Enforcement Action- Need Help ASAP

Hi there , apparently my account was suspended when I haven't done anything illegally. I came on my Xbox today which costs a lot of money and I can't see why I'm not aloud to play Xbox live. I have been notified that it is 7 days but I don't think that is
right. I need to find a solution to this as I think that it isn't fair if I didn't do anything illegal on purpose. The point of this is that I think it should be reduced or completely taken away. I need help ASAP to sort this out or I will have to take this
further. It is a disgrace to see this and what XBOX as a whole has come too. I see why you do it to people who go out there way to distrupt the online servers but I haven't done anything wrong. Get back to me ASAP or it will go slit further.

EDIT: Just so im sure, if my home console is downstairs and i take my External upstairs i can play my games upstairs even though the console downstairs is the home?

Help needed ASAP

Ok, Tesco have a deal on the xbox one S with Fifa 17 for £225 ... They have a voucher for £25 off any order over £150 .. So the Xbox will only cost me £199.. Il sell fifa for £30 .. So thats £170 for an xbox one S

However here is my issue. I game share with my brother on the current xbox one. I will be moving this upstairs as a media player and netflix player and keeping the One S to game on.

How does the game sharing work here? I know i can gameshare from my one S to my brother as normal. But what if i was ill and wanted to play inbed upstairs on my old console. What would i be able to play? Everything is stored on my external

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not allow case reviews on 24 hours suspensions because it takes longer for them to review the case than the length of time for the suspension. If you're having issues with
other gamers, it's best to report them and block them.

When you appeal a suspension what happens is they look over the evidence (such as messages, voice chats etc) again to confirm whether the suspension was valid.

Given the message you said that you sent the suspension would have been valid since it is a derogatory term for homosexuals and therefore breaks the code of conduct.

If the suspension was upheld then it means your account was investigated twice at this point and was found to have broken the code of conduct.

Follow the rules and you wont get suspended anymore. Pretty simple really.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do but wait it out.
