    OK,so I wrongly got accused of harassment on Xbox live and I'm never the type of person to ever argue with someone or get someone riled up,yet I got communication banned...i was calm and just applied for a review of my case,yet when It was reviewed I got
    BANNED from Xbox live the next day. I rarely get mad,but this whole ordeal has pushed me over the edge with Microsoft support. I need to speak with customer support NOW for being wrongly banned. This is a terrible experience with Xbox live and I would like
    to see it fixed as soon as possible as now I can't even play on my Xbox because the system can be easily abused if someone decides to tell all their friends to report a specific player. My GAMERTAG is

    what is the hotline or number for customer service because I am HIGHLY disgruntled at the fact that I,of all people,got banned. This is a guy who has been with Xbox live for 8 years and never gotten banned.

    ALSO,im pretty sure I'm getting false flags as the game I usually play (smite) is very competitive and a team game where people falsely flag someone for not doing so well that game and then tell their buddies to flag them as well. THESE type of people need
    to be banned as its ruining the Xbox experience for a lot of us who have done nothing wrong. PLEASE FIX IT QUICKLY,IM BEING VERRRRRY PATIENT,BUT ITS BEEN 4 DAYS SINCE I HAVENT GOTTEN ANY WORD ON MY BAN. I'm highly frustrated to the point of just switching

    ALSO,ive yet to learn the reason I was banned,which is probably just false flags. What ever happened with innocent till proven guilty? There is absolutely no proof I harassed someone or went out of my way to insult them. Xbox enforcement team,you take a

    Customer support doesn't handle enforcement actions -- it's not like you just call them up to yell at them until you're unbanned. In fact, all customer reps do is probably direct you here to the forums, where all the posters are still equally powerless to
    your issue.

    XBLPET, the people who handle account suspensions, do not post here or address any sort of problem in the forums. There is no direct line of communication with the XBLPET, other than case review submissions.

    You can view your suspension details on: http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Go to that webpage, log into your account, click the big orange hammer, and you'll see everything you need to know about any enforcement actions on your account. If eligible, you can submit a case review. You should have been notified via an email or Xbox
    message about an account action as well. Either way, you should have a full rundown on how long you are suspended.

    Keep in mind that you should never get into heated arguments with other players, especially via Xbox messages. They read that. They look for whoever violates the ToU in the entire conversation, and punish accordingly.

    friends asking to report someone they don't like. Why don't these scared and useless enforcement team employees actually look into the problem instead of abusing their power? These people legitimately do not look into the case or even have proof of said "harassment",they
    have a faulty system that is only the result of their laziness. How come you can't directly talk to these "employees"? Simple,theyre lazy and don't look at the full picture. I'm sorry if I went on a rant,but it's been 4 days and I have yet to get help from
    these false flags and not getting any help to speak of... And here I am just not even knowing what I got banned for,feeling mad because I try my best to prevent a situation like this. I wouldn't be mad if I did harass a player or something,but I didn't is

    You do not get banned for nothing.You could have a thousand complaints filed against you,if you haven't done anything wrong then you wont get banned/suspended.

    Every report is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.You can read about some enforcement myths here

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you the reason or you can log into the enforcement site Internet Expert linked in their post to see why & to file for a case review if eligible.

    That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    It still isn’t working, but my enforcement action only says completed suspensions. So idk if I’m still suspended or it’s just not letting me talk online anymore.
