    multiplayer suspension. Hello im trying to understand my recent ban's on xbox live please help resolve the concern i haven't violated the code twice nor could i being that you tuned off all communication on xbox live please explain how to resolve this thank you

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the
    action and open a case review with the PET

    Have you tried removing your profile from the console and adding it back?

    Have you checked your enforcement history to make sure that your account has not gotten another enforcement action? enforcement.xbox.com

    When you try and start a party or join a multiplayer game does it give you a message saying that there is an enforcement action against your account?

    If you are using and Xbox Trial code, please not that this does not include multiplayer privileges

    It doesn't matter who starts it, as you said, you were just as wrong. It's best to just file a report on those people instead of messaging them back.
