    Enforcement action / Locked account


    My account has been locked for 3 weeks now and I've no idea why. Tried asking twitter, these forums, Microsoft support telephone etc but no luck. I've had an email regarding unusual activity for which I immediately changed my password (successfully) but
    also had an enforcement action email though I have not even been on any xbox services in weeks so rather confused. Tried logging into enforcement action site but I just get the 'your account has been locked' I have filled the compliance review 7 times without

    Did you get an email of an enforcement action on your account? If you didn't then that's not it. Also I haven't seen an enforcement action that locks account, you can still sign in even with a permanent ban.

    Unfortunately I do not, I go to log into enforcement action to check and ask to review it and it just says my account is locked and for me to complete a ms compliance form which I have done 7 times with no response. I cant understand why I'm advised to
    log into enforcement action to ask for it to be reviewed when i can't access due to the lock

    Wait. When you say "suspended account" do you mean you've received an Enforcement action and are being directed to the Enforcement Website?

    Or do you mean you're being locked out of your account and don't know why?
