    Enforcement action issue


    I have been banned for no reason and I am not happy about this at all I have been with xbox live for many years years and have never been banned for nothing and I just want my account bk plz so I can chat to my friends and game away with them, please unban
    me and thank u again xbox live

    The Xbox Live enforcement team works hard every day to issue enforcement actions on these "little potty-mouth heroes".

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    Iyep you must wait up to 24 hours for them to reply and no enforcement issues are not support issues nor can anyone here help you with that you been told the correct answer

    .if you read the enforcement status tab it would already state the reason why you were banned

    Fyi you don't get banned for no reason they investigate everything

    And is only done as a last resort

    Just because you weren't banned before could be you weren't reported before or simply you just didn't violate the terms of use before

    If it's trash talking or cursing both are violations of the terms of use

    Enforcement action issue

    the only official info you should be looking at is the enforcement MSG you got and the email

    And yes they both direct you to the enforcement site

    And we aren't going to discuss what support phone or chat tells you that's another story fyi it's the incorrect info and yes if a forum support person was on they would lock the thread and tell you the same thing

    Noone can help you here

    There is no direct line or non moderated contact this allows the enforcers to do their job and only help people who need help not people who ask the same question 50 different times
